GENERAL NOTES FOR RENTAL RATES

• Above rates are quoted in Euros (€). They include VAT and all expenses such as electricity and internet service.

• No security deposit against damages is required.

• Check-In: 15.00 hrs

• Check-Out: 12.00 hrs noon. Prolonged check-out is subject to availability.

• Welcome Fruit Basket, Mineral Water and Wine upon arrival.

• Daily Maid service except Sundays

• Linen change twice per week

• Bathrobes, slippers, towels, beach towels, luxurious toiletries and fresh flowers.

• Private Parking lot for two cars at the Villa.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• 50% of the total payment is required to book the villa (signing of the lease). The remaining 50% is due 45 days before the arrival date. If booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival date all payments are returned. If booking is cancelled in less than 45 days to arrival date all payments are not returned.
