Access to property after 4pm (Cyprus time) on date of arrival, or as agreed. Departure prior to 11am (Cyprus time) on date of departure unless alternative arrangements made.

A 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid on confirmation of booking and balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before date of arrival.

A £100 refundable accident/breakages deposit is required for all bookings and is due at time of balance payment. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
