Rate includes all heating and power costs, towels and bed linen. A £50 deposit or 10% of the rental fee (whichever is larger) is required to secure the booking. Full payment must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Min stay is 3 nights. There is no charge for car parking, maximum 2 cars per cottage, please advise owners if more parking is required.
