A non refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required to secures the booking

Full balance of payment must be made 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement

A security deposit of £100.00 (150.00 Euro) is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, and is fully refundable via bank transfer or cheque on inspection of apartment after departure and the safe return of the apartment keys.

We can arrange for an english speaking representative to be on hand to meet you at your time of arrival at the apartment with your keys if you request (by request). If you request this the apartment keys must be left in the apartment on departure.

Alternatively the key to the apartment will be sent by special delivery 1 week prior to departure. We request these be returned by special delivery on returning back to England. Your security deposit will be refunded once we have safe return of the keys.
