Rates subject to change at any time by owner. The owner has a commitment to offer a discount for longer bookings over 10 days long and come off another booking in order for this to happen. The Heated Swimming pool is available for use all year but please check below for further details. Air conditioning is included in prices but downstairs A/c is only switched on from beginning of June to end of September. Internet is also Free of Charge. 1 Cot and high chair is free but anymore will require a small charge (c40 Euros a week) . Tailor made welcome packs are available from Eur 20. Short breaks of less than a week are only permitted to fill a small gap in-between lettings or outside the April to October holiday season period.
