Please note included in the price is the use of two air/con units in two of the bedrooms.(unfortunately our policy on the air/cons has changed for any bookings from end Jan 2017. We will request a charge of 5euro per unit per day. Also a generous welcome
package on arrival. For smaller groups of less than 8 persons please contact the owner for a quote.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The full amount is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
