Payment: We'll send a lease with all details. To book the flat, 1/3 of total amount has to be paid at the moment when we both sign the lease and balance 1 month prior arrival. We can accept payments by bank transfer in Euros and Paypal.
Final cleaning: 100 Euros (includes use of linen and towels, electricity and gas).
