There is an end cleaning/laundry charge of £100, which is reduced for fewer occupants. Between November and April there is a £75 per week charge for heating which includes logs and central heating. Only applies if you need the heating. We require a 25% deposit with booking, and the balance paid 6 weeks before arrival. Rentals can be paid in either Pounds or Euros (at current exchange rate).
