Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

All prices are inclusive of a basket of logs, electricity and all bed linen but excludes towels (tea or personal). We request guests arrive after 4pm and vacate by 10am. This allows time for the cottage to be cleaned and left spick and span for new guests.

Please note that we accept short breaks during mid and low season but. However, bookings can not be taken until 6 weeks before arrival.

During peak periods (£395 weeks) changeover day is Friday but we are flexible during other times as long as the short break does not 'span' Friday.

£100 payment secures your booking with the balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. Guests need to provide £100 Damage Protection Payment which will be returned at the end of the stay dependent on damages. We understand small breakages are a fact of life. These are not deductible.
