Rent includes electricity, central heating, water, unlimited fast fibre optic broadband/wifi, all linen and bathroom towels for total number of people on Booking, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, dishwasher and kitchen wishing up detergent, hand gel, cleaning essentials, kitchen paper towel, hand soap and toilet paper.

A security deposit of £200 payable will be held by HolidayLettings which will be refunded within 10 working days unless any breakages/damages is found after check-out or if excessive cleaning is required.

Regretfully we cannot reserve or hold the property for you until payment and our Letting Agreement is completed (with your personal contact details), signed by main Party Leader and returned to us within 7 days of booking.

You are over 25 years of age, will not exceed the number of persons stated on the booking & agree to return the apartment in the same condition as found.
