The booking deposit is 30% of the total rental .
The balance to be paid a minimum of 2 calendar months prior to the rental period.
A returnable damage deposit of 700€ is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival by debit or credit card.
Minimum booking period is 7 nights. Preferred changeover day is Saturday.
The property is only available for rent during the summer months, i.e last weekend of June to second weekend in September during which time the minumum booking fee is 2572 Euros during June, July and August 2016 and 2143 Euros during September 2016 and 2829 Euros during June, July and August 2017 and 2358 Euros during September 2017.
