A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to departure. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit

A security/damage deposit of £150 is also required which will be refunded within 2 weeks from the last day of rental, except where costs have been incurred

There is a 65 euros charge for cleaning, paid directly to QPM (our property management company) on departure
