The rates quoted do not include the $125 cleaning fee, 12% Florida tax, nor the daily $20 resort fee plus 12% tax (payable per house and not per guest). The daily resort fee is payable to the resort on arrival. Check in time is 4.00pm and check out time 10.00am. Late check outs are subject to availability and a charge will be made.
Last minute bookings and long term lets are welcome. Payment is only accepted in US Dollars.
Payment can be made via the Holidaylettings website. Credit or debit card details will be required when checking in as a security against any damages that may occur during your stay or alternatively you can take out a non refundable damage insurance with the management company at the time of check in. The security deposit is $250 but this may be changed without notice.
