Daily rates will be charged in Malaysian Ringgit and converted to GBP or AUD. RM daily rates vary between 250 and 388 per day depending on seasonal factors and the number of guests.
Long term lets for longer than a calendar month attracts a discount of 25 to 40% for the entire period. For further details and discount arrangements please make enquiries.
Bookings can be made by email, fax or phone. A deposit equivalent 25% of the total rental amount is required on booking.
Payment can also be made in Malaysian Ringgit, USD, GBP or Australian Dollars and by credit card through PayPal.
A cleaning and laundry charge of GBP 20 is levied at the end of the stay.
Please also note that from December to February that minimum stay of 1 week is required and that weekly rates may increase during super peak booking times.
Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment. In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.
