Prices are for the property per week in euros. Reduced rates for longer lets off season will be considered. Rates for stays of less than one week can also be provided. We can accept payments in sterling or euros by cheque or bank transfer. Generally, the apartment will be ready by 4p.m on the day of arrival and should be vacated at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please advise us if you are arriving earlier or departing later than these times.Cleaning costs, electricity, gas and water charges are all included in the price.
