We expect the property to be left as found - you will be required to pay a refundable damages payment which will be refunded after the property has been inspected - any damages or excess cleaning will be deducted from the damages deposit.
Cancellations:
Greater than 6 weeks before start date of the holiday – Deposit returned
Between 6 & 4 weeks before start of holiday – Deposit forfeited
Less than 4 weeks before start date of holiday – Deposit forfeited. If we can re-let the property then total amount minus deposit returned otherwise total amount forfeited.
