Cancelations and refunds

 

Q What if I need to cancel my holiday?

Answer:Firstly you'd need to contact Plymouth Holiday Rentals Ltd regarding changing or cancelling your booking via email or telephone

 

1.On receipt  of your your confirmation youd like to cancel or change your booking, We would try to Relet your date. 

2.if you have taken or have holiday insurance ,the balance will be payable in full ,then we would fill out the relevant forms for you once we have received them from your insurer or from you the client regarding settling the insured amount.

3.If there wasn't any insurance taken out ,then unfortunately if we are unable to Relet that period in question,Then the liability is still left with the persons who made the booking 

4.Deposits are non refundable

5.The deposit can be transferred over on to another booking free of charge ,for another suitable date

Cancelations:any cancelations are required to submitted upto 24 hours prior to the rental period you'll be charged the deposit , a cancelation within 24 hours of the rental period you will be charged the full amount.

An admin charge of £35 will be deducted from the deposit Plus any charges incurred etc through pay pal or visa

there will be a surcharge for check in after 1800 @ a cost of £35
