15% deposit is required when booking and balance paid 2 months prior to arrival.
Long term rentals or special events can be negotiated.

Changeover days are Saturdays, arriving after 4 in the afternoon, and departure before 10 in the morning. This is to give time for cleaning and changing Beds etc. It is not a problem if you arrive early or depart later but you will have to give way to hovers and bed linen.

Babies under 1 years old go free. 2years old have a 50% discount

Cleaning, Properties should be left as found, ( laundre of towels and bed linen is included in the price)
Cleaning can be arranged at 200 Euros

Damage deposit of;400 is payable at the same time as final payment.
