30%non refundable booking deposit within 7 days
25% 4 months prior to holiday
balance ; 2 calendar months prior to holiday or by special arrangement with villa manager on arrival;
300 Euros breakage deposit in cash payable on occupation and refundable to your nominated account within 3 days of departure subject to villa inspection by the Villa Manager.
additional excess cleaning other than that considered normal for linen , towels and general cleaning will be charged for on departure and deducted from your breakage deposit.
if bbqs are used then the client is responsible for its cleaning otherwise its cleaning will be charged at 25 euro and deducted from breakage deposit
airport transfers can be arranged by you or by owner .

beach towels.supplied
linen and towels can be changed if you so require midway during your vacation costing 75 euro .
additional cleaning during your vacation can be arranged directly with the villa manager costing 14euro per hour.
