Pool heating is optional. This is charged at £37.00 per day. (it takes approx 48 hours to heat depending on time of year)
WIFI is free of charge.
Refundable breakage deposit: £500. This deposit will be returned within 2 days of your return providing there are no breakages (apart from the odd plate/glass) or if excessive cleaning is required.
If you wish to book we require a non refundable deposit of £75 pp
We can also arrange airport transfers at £12 per person one way. Although we have a 3 day minimal stay - there is a minimum charge of £1500 regardless of duration between 23rd December and 1st January.
For Covid Cancellation Policy:
We know that booking a holiday at the moment is challenging. Whilst the pandemic is recognised by the government, we are supporting our guests with a policy to protect you against being unable to travel due to government restrictions. This is an ever changing situation and we are responding accordingly. Therefore if the UK government prevents you to travel to Portugal we will fully credit your payment to another booking subject to availability and price difference.
We do not offer refunds if you are disinclined to travel for any other reason -this will be seen as a cancellation and no refunds or moving of non refundable deposit is offered.
