These rates include local taxes. However if you wish to take linen and towels , these are available for an additional £15 per person. I normally take a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the balance being payable approximately 2 weeks before departure. A contract will be provided on receipt of deposit. The weekly rates quoted above apply to Saturday to Saturday rentals , slightly higher rates will apply if checking in or out on other days , however i try to be flexible where I can.
Car Parking in private car park in apartment grounds and is included in the price.
