A car is essential

Prices charged for maximum 4 persons only.

A security deposit of £150 to be paid on arrival

Electricity charged at cost plus 25% TVA- To be deducted from deposit also any damage or breakages. A formal receipt will be provided with your return deposit (less deductions) within 10 days of your departure.

First basket of wood provided all year round plus weekend supply of fire lighters

A supply of dishwasher tablets provided

A weekend supply of toilet rolls provided.

The clients are required to ensure that the property is cleaned on departure - leaving as you find (a minimum of £50 will be charged should this not be carried out)
