Price quoted is for accommodation for up to 6 guests or less, with an extra charge of TB1,000 for each additional guest. A minimum 3 days deposit is required. Minimum age 28 years. Cleaning can be arranged at additional cost. The property must be returned to the owner, cleaned & in the same condition as when the guest(s) checked in. NO SMOKING on the premises! Guest(s) will be held accountable for the cleaning cost of TBaht 3,000/= if property has not been cleaned at the time of check-out.
Guest(s) will be held accountable for damage(s) to the property including forfeiture of the deposit. The owner has the rights to withhold the deposit, at any time if needed, if the owner is dissatisfied with the condition of the returned rental property. The method of refund, if any, after the guest(s) has (have) checked-out, shall be agreed upon by the guest and the owner.
