Up to 2 small dogs are welcome or 1 larger dog & there is a charge of £30.each
Changeover day in summer is normally on Saturday from 4 PM. Other times by arrangement.
All we ask for at the time of booking is a deposit of 25%. Balance is due up to 10 weeks prior to the booked dates.
Payment can be made via this website, credit or debit card payment can be taken over the phone.
Deposit can be refunded up until the booked dates if we manage to let the property in place of your booking, less an admin charge of £25.
Please note that a refundable £150 security/excess cleaning deposit is required with final balance payment. This will be refunded within the week of your leaving date if all is well and no damage or excess cleaning.
We would like to remind guests that you are responsible for their own travel insurance and that we are not liable for any injury or damage to their belongings during their stay.

Guests should take out adequate travel insurance to cover them in the event of any guest or party of guests change in circumstances that may delay or lead to the cancellation of the guests holiday.
