30% deposit (non refundable) of the rental cost is required with your reservation to secure booking. Any reservation made 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full. Booking will be confirmed when funds are received

A refundable breakage/damage deposit of €200, is required with the final payment, 6 weeks before your arrival. ***Prices include all bills, but does not include central heating costs, which will be quoted as appropriate***
