We kindly request a security / reservation deposit of £100 which is payable within five (5) days of booking the holiday Lodge. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied towards the rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of your departure, provided the Lodge is left in the same condition you found it.
