Please note in addition to the rental cost a 65 euro fee payable on arrival to the key holder. This is for meet and greet on your arrival and for cleaning following your stay. A refundable breakages deposit of £150 will be required for each booking. There is an additional charge for air con electricity only. This is NOT for general electricity, so the lights will not go off in the night etc! I am not always entirely comfortable with this charge but it encourages sensible use i.e. not leaving air con on all day when unoccupied and it enables me to keep prices very competitive in the summer months. The air con is on a meter and cards are issued on arrival at a cost of 10 euros. If you need further cards, my keyholder has a supply which you can purchase.
