TERMS AND CONDITIONS In order to confirm your booking you will have to send us a deposit of 75% of the total amount of your stay. The balanced amount will have to be paid by you 20 days prior your arrival, and upon arrival a 300euros security deposit will be asked to be paid either cash or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) which is refundable on departure date minus any breakage or loss of an item of the villa. Reservations made within 20 days or less from the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking. After your arrival and in case you do not stay all the days you have booked the villa for, there will be no refund of your money. In case you cancel your booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued:2 weeks or less before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of the total cost. -4 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of the booking deposit. -6 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 50% of the booking deposit. The security deposit is refunded in full. We do not refund money in the case of natural disaster, pandemic, war or in any case it is not our responsibility. We are willing however to keep the amount for a future booking within a year of the persons who for any reason had to cancel their arrival to the villa, subject to availability.
