A 250.00 GBP cash refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in all cases, it will be returned minus any costs as a result of serious damage at time of check out

Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival = 50% of booking
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival = 100% of booking
