Prices include linen final cleaning services (weekly cleaning for longer lets). Departure by 10:OO AM arrival not before 16:00. A non-refundable 25% advance payment is required on booking, the balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks in advance of the rental date. In the case of cancellation within 6 weeks of the rental date, a 20% refund will be transferred back to you. In case of use of underfloor heating a charge of 15EUR per night will be levied on the entire booking period.
