Please note that a £150 breakage deposit is also required. This will be refunded in full should the post rental inspection show that no damage or unusual mess has been incurred.
There will also be an additional cleaning fee for groups of 4 or more. Check-in is after 2pm, check-out is before mid-day. All rubbish must be removed on departure.
