It will be seen that the rents are greater in the winter, in common with general practice for the area, because of the high cost of the gas central heating.

For stays of three days and less, there will be an additional charge for preparation and post-use cleaning etc of £30. Payments is preferred in Pounds, but it is possible to accept other currencies too - please use online booking for this.
