Prices include IVA (currently 10%), wifi, children items, all utilities using equipment provided, weekly gardener, daily bilingual caretaker, weekly housekeeping with fresh linen & towels and the final clean on departure. Shopping service, additional housekeeping and childminding are available on request. For larger groups of family and friends, as well as guests with mobility access needs, we can also offer 1,2 and 3 bedroom Casitas sleeping 1-6 guests which share a second swimming pool on El Sueño finca.
As a registered family business of 20 years, we always try to re-book any cancelled dates, so that we can offer either a refund of any new payment received or a credit to be used within 12 months - although please note that this may be a smaller sum than paid, due to any commission fees, payment charges or discounted prices eg for late availability offer etc.
There is a 10% discount for bookings of two weeks in Regular Season period, with seasonal offers and last minute deals throughout the year listed on our website. Security deposits and balance payments amounts and due dates can vary 30-120 days depending on season. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit/debit card via a third party site as you prefer, .
