Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.
The price does NOT include electricity consumption (the cost is 0,3 euro per KW), linen, towels (on request you can hire them) and gas for the heating during the winter. Pets are not allowed.
A security deposit of 500 Euro is required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
Check-in times: from 15:00 (3 pm) to 18:00 (6 pm).
Check-in after 23:00 (11 pm) is not permitted.
Check-out times: between 09:00 am and 10:00 am.
Please notice that if you check-in between 18:00 (6 pm) and 21:00 (9 pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; and if you check-in between 21:00 (9 pm) and 23:00 (11 pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 90.
