A 20% non refundable confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is payable 6 weeks before the rental start date. An additional REFUNDABLE £150 security deposit against any potential damages, breakages, or extra cleaning/laundry is required with the final payment. Any damages, breakages, excessive cleaning or laundry must be paid for in full. The villa is inspected before and after occupancy. If their are no damages, etc. the security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the departure date. Payment in pound stg by bank transfer or cheque/bankers draft please. Airport transfers can be arranged through the property owner. The cost from/to Dalaman is approx £115 return for up to 3 by car,or £135 return per group (up to max 6) by mini bus and should be paid to the property manager when receiving the keys on arrival. - Antalya slightly more. Unless otherwise agreed, the villa needs to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and may not be available for occupancy until 4.00pm on the arrival day. The owners cannot accept responsibility for any delays or cancellation due to flight delays/cancellations, or volcanic ash problems, etc.
