Prices include: gas for cooking, water, electricity; towels, bed linens and pool towels; final cleaning; daily maid service, including cleaning of all bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas; buffet breakfast; use of the sauna and hot tubs; Wi-Fi internet connection; the astronomical observatory and an astronomer are available once a week by prior arrangement with the owner.
