The prices quoted are for up to 6 guests sharing the apartment - there is a small supplement of £30 per week for a 7th guest.
A compulsory end of stay cleaning charge of £100 is charged after each stay to ensure that the apartment is maintained to the same high standard between guests.

Prior to your stay we require a security/ damages deposit of £250. This will be returned to you automatically via the on line booking system after your stay provided keys are returned and there is no damage.
