If not otherwise specified the price doesn't include the tourist accommodation tax for the Municipality of Rome (5,00 euro per person per day, max for 10 days, free for children younger than 10 years).
Accommodation tax should be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
Check-in between 21.00 and 00.00 is allowed, but it is subordinate to the payment of a fee (20 € from 21 to 22, 30 € from 22 to 23, 40 € from 23 to 00).
