These rates are for up to 7 guests. More than 7 guests may be charged extra US$15 per guest per night at our discretion. If you book for a small number of guests (2-7) and show up with more the extra (more than 7), unbooked, extra guests will be charged US$25 per guest per night.
Special rates for one month plus: Low season US$7,250. High season US$8,400.
We will take note of the electricity meter reading at check in and check out. This will be charged at cost. We expect guests to use A/C responsibly. Please turn it off when not in the room.
Extra maid for larger groups (more than 7 guests) Bht600 per day.
Final cleaning and laundry will be charged.
Tenants have to pay this security deposit at the time of reservation. This is returnable less extra electricity, final laundry, final cleaning and any damage charges when you have checked out
The security deposit depends on the rental period:
US500 on any rental period up to 1 month
$700 on any rental period from 1 month and less than 3 months
1 month rent, on any rental period from 3 months and up
In special cases, the security deposit can be reduced.
These rates are quoted for a one month minimum stay. Kindly ask for quotations for other lengths of stay.
