Rental price includes exclusive use of the villa and gardens during contracted periods; bi-weekly swimming pool maintenance, weekly cleaning and household essentials such as linen, towels and tableware. A 'Welcome Pack' will be supplied on arrival. EURO PAYMENTS WELCOMED.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is taken to secure your booking for the period of time you would like the villa.
Egyptian cotton sheets are provided on all beds at the beginning of your stay (White Company Natural blankets are also provided).
White cotton towel sets are also provided in all 5 bathrooms. Beach towels should be brought for around the pool (please advise if you are flying and require us to provide these)
Internet access is available via WiFi and is included
An allocation of gas and electricity is included in your booking which is adequate for the normal running of the villa. Should this allocation be exceeded, you will be charged at cost for the additional energy used. (Winter booking will require a heating payment, dependent on usage)
