The above prices are for the villa not per person. The villa is designed for 8 people - Maximum occupancy of 11 will only be accepted if at least 3 are children age 12 or under - ie, a maximum of 8 adults + 3 children.
The villa is priced for up to 8 guests, so only more than 8 guests if the 9th, 10th and 11th guests are children each aged 12 or under.
Included in the Rental rates:
* The services of our local villa management agent to arrange airport transfers, car hire, grocery deliveries or answer any queries or help with any emergencies during your stay
* A food and drink welcome pack
* Daily Maid Service
* Daily Pool/Garden Service
* Daily fresh bread delivery
* Wireless internet
* Linen and towels changed on day 7 of a 2 week stay
* Air-conditioning and all utilities
Conditions
In order to book the Villa, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required.
The balance will be payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, or at time of booking if the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, date.
If the balance is not paid on the due date the villa owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.
A damage deposit of £200 is required on payment of the final balance. In most cases this is just an authorisation and no money will be taken unless there's any damage / loss caused to the property.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to a number of stone steps, no stair gates, and the infinity pool with its sheer drop, the villa is not suitable for those with mobility issues, nor is it suitable for older babies, toddlers or children under the age of 5.
Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair can be provided. Children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
No floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar to be used in the pool due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.
