Dear guests. Linen is included in the final rate, but please bring your own beach towels. To make life comfortable and at an additional cost of €12 per hour, a housekeeper is available for an extra cleaning during longer stays (in consultation). In colder months an extra € 30 a week will be charged to cover energy costs. Costs for fire wood are not included. A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable six weeks before the start of the holiday.You will be asked to pay a 300 euro refundable deposit. This is to cover against accidental damage and breakages and will be returned to you when you leave.
