The Property Comprises 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. The minimum rate for short breaks is based on a 3-night stay. Discounted rates are available for a 2 person group but access is limited to the master bedroom bathroom and living areas. Arrival is limited to 4.00 pm or later, departure 10.00 a.m. or earlier. Change over day is typically Friday. There is on-site parking for 2 cars in tandem.
2 person stay are limited to use of 1 bedroom (access to a second bedroom at the discretion of the owner and by prior agreement)
Monthly rates apply to min exceeding 1-month stay and are subject to conditions:- Energy costs paid by the guest. For 1 month stay 1-bed linen and towel change is provided with guests to strip and make their own beds. Guests to provide their own linen for periods exceeding 1 month.
