- Included in apartment price: 7 % LOCAL TAX. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds or in a childs cot/crib. One sturdy Wood Baby-Cot with a Quality mattress is available without charges. Additional cleaning + change bedclothes, linens and towels is possible on demand. One Parking-place is also available on demand. It´s located in the Underground-Garage of the same building and is very comfortable to Access from the Apartment using the existing Elevator. Airport Pick-up Service (from or to the airport) is also available on demand.
