The Rates are quoted as follows:
5 Bedrooms Sleeping up to 16 + 2 cots
3 Bedrooms Sleeping up to 7 + 2 cots
A Deposit of £300 for each week will be required to secure the reservation with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If the reservation is within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday the full amount will need to be paid.
A Security Deposit of £200 will be required - this amount will be refunded within 7 days provided there are no breakages/damage (normal wear and tear accepted).
The rates include heating, linen and towels.
Longer stays (over 4 weeks) please contact us for special rates. A local tax to be paid to the Tourist Office of 85 centimes per adult per night is chargeable on departure.
