A refundable damages deposit of £120 will be added to the booking cost. The weekly rental charge includes £30 electricity usage allowance. Any use above this will be deducted from the damages deposit after the meter has been read. The damages deposit will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected and electricity use checked. The refund due will be processed back to the payment card used 7 - 10 days after departure.
