Please note that there is an additional charge of €65 euros per booking regardless of duration of stay to cover the cleaning charge. If a meet and greet is required by our agent than this is an additional 10 euros. All linen and towels will be provided. On the day of departure just leave the keys and the cleaning fee in the apartment and close the door. Our on site agent will complete the clean of the apartment in time for our next guest. Please note that a bond of £200 will be required to cover against damages for each booking which will be refundable on departure.
