A security deposit of 150 Euro will be required. It will be returned after checking there are no damages and that no extra cleaning charges are required.The price includes the quote for the expenses: electricity, water and gas, Internet connection, final cleaning, Bed linen and towels provided. Air conditioning (Euro 40 per week) is an optional extra cost.In the Spring and Autumn seasons (Spring and Autumn) we are flexible as for arrival and departure times, please contact us.
