The person who makes the booking must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the booking and accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is also responsible tor all payments due from the party.

A £60 fee is payable at the time of booking for the pre and after clean service provided by our on-site property management company.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable on all bookings. This is paid with the final balance and will be refunded by bank transfer on satisfactory back out inspection of the apartment by our on-site property management company. Please report any damage or breakages immediately to the property management company in Cyprus so that items can be repaired or replaced if necessary and there is no inconvenience to your holiday.
