House notes:
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Price includes cleaning before arrival, but, should you require cleaning mid-term during a two week stay there will be a £25 charge.
Pets welcome, but please check first. We request that towels and throws are brought along to protect any furnishings, please. We have no outside space, as such, but the Church Woods are a two minute stroll up the Lane.
There is a folding bed available for a child, if needed, but only one bedroom.
Please note that manoeuvrability in the shared car park (we have allocated spaces) can be tricky when it is full. We do not recommend very large cars or vans to attempt this, but we cover costs of parking in the nearby town car parks if receipts are kept. Loading and unloading outside the property is usually no problem.
Check in time is 5pm except for Fridays in the school holidays, when it is 5.30pm.
A damage deposit is included in your quote of £100. We do not charge for small breakage, but please let us know so that the items can be replaced.
We cannot arrange changeovers between Dec 23rd and 27th or December 31st to January 4th.
No smoking at all in the building.
Excessive noise or disurbance to our neighbours, or the other apartment,will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave if we receive complaints
